Shadow Histories
Shadow Histories is a work from the series UNFOLDED GEOGRAPHIES. Resembling a shadow theater, the continents of Africa, Eurasia, and South and North America are represented through a sharp contrast of light and shadow. The shapes of the continents appear multiplied, folded, and replicated to provoke geopolitical transformations in these shifting cartographies.
